摘　　要：本文探讨了构建和谐军队医院的实践与成效。论述了构建和谐军队医院需要构建和谐的医兵关系、医社关系、医患关系、医医关系,并对具体做法进行了分析。The article investigated the practices and effects of constructing harmonious military hospital. It also put forward that military hospital should establish harmonious relationships of that doctors and serviceman, hospital and society, doctors and patients as well as doctors themselves.
