摘　　要：在进行军队医院综合绩效评价分析的过程中,由于不同的指标具有不同的性质和要求,求算分值时不可一概而论,而应区别对待。本文在对加权评分法的计分进行合理分配的基础上,整合出军队医院综合绩效评价指标计分涉及的8种不同算法的公式,并举例说明。还就本文评价方法与其他评价方法的比较、本文算法的特点及选择、需要进一步努力的方向等进行了讨论。In the process of evaluating the comprehensive performance of military hospital, we should discriminate the different index with different property and requirements. Based on rational allotment of the numerical score, the article aimed to integrate eight scoring methods concerning the numerical score of evaluation index and to further illustrate with some examples. The author also made comparison between scoring methods mentioned in this article and other ones, as well as discussing the characteristics and selection of the eight methods.
