摘　　要：本文立足于新形势下军队医院工作特点,结合某医院"十五"期间科研工作发展实际,对医院科研管理的影响要素进行了研究分析,并对军队医院科研管理对策进行了探讨,提出了新时期军队医院科研管理的发展思路等观点,为军队医院提高科研管理水平提供借鉴经验。This article discussed the related factors influencing the management of scientific research based on the analysis of actual situation during the tenth five - year period, and probed into the countermeasure of hospital management of scientific research. Finally, the author put forward the viewpoint of development scientific research management in military hospital during new period to enhance the management capability.
