摘　　要：目的建立一种实验室内质量控制方法,为降低医疗成本减轻病人负担。方法通过参比的检测系统与被监控的检测系统同时对病人新鲜标本进行检测,将检测结果的差值制作质控图,对被控检测系统的精密度和准确度进行监控。结果用两个检测系统检测结果的差值制作质控图可非常直观的对被控检测系统进行监控。结论此方法科学、经济、实用,完全能够满足临床实验室的需要。Objective The laboratory will create a new way of quality control,which can reduces the medical cost and the burden from patients. Method Through compared to the examination system with at the same time the examination system which monitors to the patient is been fresh samples to carry on the examination,will examine theresult the difference value manufacture to quality control the chart ,to controlled the examination system the accuracy and the accuracy carries on the monitoring and control. Result Two examinations systems examination result difference value manufacture quality controls the chart to be possible to be extremely direct-viewing to is controlled the examination system to carry on the monitoring and control. Conclusion This method is science,economy and practical,they are definitely can satisfy the clinical laboratory the demand.
