芬太尼不同给药时间复合异丙酚对超导可视无痛人工流产效果的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨使用芬太尼不同给药时间复合异丙酚在超导可视无痛人工流产术中的应用效果。方法选择人工流产的早孕患者120例,随机分为三组。三组患者均先用静脉滴管静滴芬太尼0.1 mg。Ⅰ组,1 min后静脉推注异丙酚1.5 mg/kg;Ⅱ组,2 min后静脉推注异丙酚1.5 mg/kg;Ⅲ组,3 min后静脉推注异丙酚1.5 mg/kg。观察三组患者诱导麻醉时间、苏醒状况、异丙酚用量。结果第Ⅲ组患者异丙酚用量明显减少,平均总用量为(94±17)mg;诱导时间(注入异丙酚至意识消失时间)明显缩短是(43.5±5.8)s。术毕意识恢复时间为(1.9±0.7)min。结论在芬太尼复合异丙酚对超导可视无痛人工流产中,使用芬太尼3 min后静脉推注异丙酚可以明显减少异丙酚的用量,减少不良反应的发生,是安全、有效、经济的静脉麻醉方法。Objective To study effect of fentanyl combined with diprivan at different time on supra- conduction visible aponia induced abortion. Methods 120 patients of carly pregnancy were divided into group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ. Fentanyl 0. 1 mg were used in All patients, Diprivan 1.5 mg/kg were used in groups Ⅰ 1 min after Fentanyl were used, in groups Ⅱ 2 min after Fentanyl were used, in groups Ⅲ 3 min after Fentanyl were used. induction of time,analepsia state and drug of diprivan were observed. Results induction of time, analepsia state and drug of diprivan in 3 groups have significant difference, drug of diprivan （94 ± 17）mg and induction of time（43.5 ±5.8）s in III group were less than the other groups. Time of analepsia were also less than the other groups. Conclusion when fentanyl combined with Diprivan were used on supraconduction visible aponia induced abortion, the method that Diprivan were used 3 min after Fentanyl were used, can decrease drug of diprivan and reduce adverse effect, and it may be save, effective and economic vein anesthesia method.
