摘　　要：目的探讨鼻窥镜下经口切吸术治疗儿童腺样体肥大的疗效。方法对146例腺样体肥大患儿在全麻鼻内窥镜下经口行肥大腺样体组织切吸手术。结果总有效率100%,术后随访6月～1年,无任何并发症发生。结论鼻内窥镜下经口切割吸除腺样体组织视野清晰,范围精确,安全可靠,效果满意,是治疗腺样体肥大的理想手术方法。Objective To explore the curative effect of the adenoidectomy through oral cavity in children assisted by the nasal endoscopy. Methods 146 sick children with adenoid vegetation through oral cavity by the nasal endoscopy at complete anesthesia. Results The total effective rate was 100% ,following up for 6 months to 1 year, no complications were observed. Conclusion The visual field and scope of the adenoid tissue which cutted through nasal endoscopy is clear and accurate, the safety is dependable, the result is satisfied, it is the ideal operation method to cure adenoid vegetation.
