摘　　要：文章从碳源、氮源利用以及溶解氧、pH值、温度和其它环境因子对其影响等方面综述了环境中硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的生态特性,重点介绍了SRB的检测方法,并讨论了各种检测方法的优缺点,以及随着科学技术和实验条件的进步对各种检测方法的改进。另外还介绍了SRB对水产养殖业发展所造成的危害。This paper reviewed the ecology characteristic of sulfate-reducing bacteria （SRB） in the environment from carbon source, nitrogen source, oxygen, pH value, temperature and other factors. It also emphasized on the detection of SRB, and discussed the advantage of each detection method, and introduced the improvement of detection method with the development of technology and experimental con-dition. In addition, the harm of SRB to aquaculture development was described.
