摘 要:2005年12月11~13日,在大亚湾海域湾口设点进行浮游植物的限制性元素研究,采用现场单营养和多营养加富实验方法获得了浮游植物对添加元素的响应情况。在单营养加富实验中,铁(Fe)组增值最大,其次是氮(N)组,分别为1·1562和0·9581μg·L-1。多营养加富实验中,无Fe组和无磷(P)组在实验的第3天达到了最高值,分别为1·16151和0·8778μg·L-1。差异显著性评估结果显示,大亚湾湾口海域N和Fe元素限制了浮游植物的生长。分析认为,Fe是作为一种刺激因子在实验中起作用。N元素限制的形成,是由优势种硅藻对N元素的需求高和N限制的外海水对湾口区的影响显著共同决定。To determine the limited nutrient factors of phytoplankton growth, single and multi-enrichment experiments in suit was car- ried out to study the key limitation factor in outer of Daya Bay during 11 - 13, December, 2005. The single enrichment experiment results showed that the chl a concentration of Fe and N units had increased significantly to 1. 1562 and 0. 9581μg·L^-1 , and in multi-enrichment experiment the concentration of chl a in EFe and EP had reached a higher value to 1. 16151, 0. 8778 μg·L^-1, respectively. Time series of chlorophyll a concentrations were analyzed using one-way ANOVA model to evaluation the nutrient limitation patterns. N and Fe limit phytoplankton growth, according to evaluation results. Generally, Fe was considered as a promoting factor in phytoplankton growth in many researches, so N is the key factor that limits phytoplankton growth. The diatom as the dominate population, has a high N-demanded, and N-limitation open sea impacted obviously in the outer of the Bay. They co-determined the main limitation factor of the water.
