摘 要:目的观察心虚证对心肌糖原、肾脏碱性磷酸酶的影响。方法选用健康大鼠随机分为造模组(15只)和对照组(15只),于造模48h、72h、96h分别取心、肾组织作冰冻切片,采用组织化学技术,观察心肌细胞内糖原、肾脏内碱性磷酸酶的分布、含量变化。结果心虚证造模组大鼠的心肌细胞48h后过碘酸-Schiff反应(荧光PAS反应)明显减弱,72h后碱性磷酸酶钙-钴法染色反应阳性物明显低于对照组,96h后两种反应阳性物比48h后显著减少。结论心虚证可导致心肌及肾脏的正常结构损坏,导致心肌糖原及肾脏碱性磷酸酶含量减少。Objective To observe the effect of xinxu syndrome on levels of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in kidneys and glycogen in hearts. Methods Healthy rats were used to make a model group and a contrast group randomly, at 48 h,72 h,96 h during the periods of making models, take the cardiac, renal tissue respectively and make freezing sections. The histochemical technology was employed to observe the changes of distribution and contents of ALP in kidneys and glycogen in hearts. Results After 48 h,the fluores- cence PAS reaction of cardiac muscle cells weakened obviously in model group. After 72 h, the positive reaction outcome of ALP is lower than that in contrasting group. And after 96 h ,the two positive reaction outcomes have a obvious decrease. Conclusion The xinxu syndrome can destroy the normal structure of the cardiac muscle tissue and the kidey, and it will lead to a decrease of the contents of ALP in kidneys and glycogen in hearts.
