摘 要:为了获得较好的臭柏插穗预处理方法,在塑料温棚内微喷灌条件下,研究了浸水、植物激素、刻伤、暗催根预处理对臭柏插穗生根特性的影响。结果表明:不同时间的浸水处理中,浸水6h对促进臭柏硬枝插穗生根的综合效果最佳,生根率达76.2%,愈伤诱导率达98.3%。激素处理中,使用ABT2在50×10^-6浓度处理下综合效果较好,使用ABT1和GGR6处理并不能显著促进生根。刻伤处理不能显著促进臭柏硬枝插穗生根;刻伤结合ABT1生根粉可以显著增大插穗愈伤诱导率,减少腐烂率及平均腐烂量,但不能显著促进插穗生根。暗催根预处理中,以14d的综合生根效果最好。4种插穗预处理中,以25×10-6~50×10-6的ABT2的综合效果最佳,插穗生根率可达100%。In order to find a better method of pretreatment for hardwood cutting of Sabina vulgaris in plastic covered greenhouse, the factors affecting rooting in hardwood cutting of Sabina vulgaris were studied systematically. The effect of soaking in water, hormone, wounds, lens hood treatment on the rooting ability in hardwood cutting ofSabina vulgaris were studied respectively. The results showed that applying the cutting wood with soaking in watertor 6h had good effects on the cutting, the rooting rates reached 76.2% and callus rates reached 98.3% respectively. There were difference in rooting rate among different hormones, the 50 ~ 10 -6 ABT No. 2 had the best effect on the cutting, applying the cutting wood with ABT No. 1 and GGR No. 6 did not promote lens hood treatment rooting rate. The rooting ratio of cutting wood treated by wounds was lower than those without wounds, but combined wounds and ABT No. 1 can promote the callus rate and reduce the putrescence rate. Applying lens hood treatment for 14d could promote rooting rate too. In all of those treatments, applying 50 × 10^-6 ABT No. 2 had the best effect on the hardwood cutting.
