摘 要:本试验利用生长速率法研究了西芹根水浸提液对黄瓜枯萎病菌的化感作用。试验结果表明,西芹根水浸提液在较高浓度下(从100%到20%)对黄瓜枯萎病菌有化感抑制作用,抑制率最高达38.07%,最低为5.25%;除了20%浓度的处理在作用时间为132h、144h时菌落直径与对照ck无显著差异外,其余各浓度处理在不同作用时间里对黄瓜枯萎病菌的化感抑制作用都达到了显著或极显著水平,并且抑制效果随着时间的增加呈逐渐减弱的趋势。当在10%和1%浓度下,西芹根水浸提液的处理对黄瓜枯萎病菌有化感促进作用,并且促进作用随时间的增加呈先升高后下降的趋势,但各浓度间的化感作用的差异性随作用时间的不同而无规律的变化。In the study , the allelopathy of the aqueous extract of the root of parsley on Fusarium oxysporiumf, sp. cucumeris was studied by growth rate method. The result showed that the aqueous extract of the root of parsley inhibited the growth of Fusarium oxysporiumfi sp. cucumeris significantly at higher concentrations (from 100% to 10% ) except the concentration of 20% in 132 hours and 144 hours, moreover the inhibitory rate became lower with the increasing time. However, the lower concentration of the aqueous extract of the root of parsley promoted the growth of Fusarium oxysporiumfl sp. cucumeris , and their effect was increased firstly, then decreased, but different concentration of the aqueous extract of the root of parsley had different allelopathy with changing time.
