山茱萸对延长大鼠异位心脏移植存活的作用  被引量:8

摘  要:目的:观察山茱萸水煎剂对大鼠异位移植心脏排异的抑制作用。方法:异位移植心脏的大鼠分成4组:Ⅰ组为对照,喂生理盐水;Ⅱ组喂山茱萸水煎剂20g/(kg·d);Ⅲ组喂环孢菌素A(CsA)5mg/(kg·d);Ⅳ组喂CsA5mg/(kg·d)和山茱萸水煎剂20g/(kg·d)。结果:Ⅰ组(n=13)移植心脏存活137±37d;Ⅱ组(n=10)存活285±62d,另有2只移植心脏存活>1a;Ⅲ组(n=7)存活401±69d,另有1只存活5个月;Ⅳ组(n=7)存活497±80d,另有1只存活5个月,1只存活>8个月。Ⅱ组与Ⅰ组间、Ⅳ组与Ⅱ组间均有非常显著差异(P<001);Ⅳ组与Ⅲ组间有显著差异(P<005)。结论:山茱萸水煎剂能抑制排斥,显著延长大鼠异位移植心脏存活;山茱萸与CsA联合应用比单用CsA或山茱萸效果更好。Objective:To observe the effect of Cornus officinalis on the survival of heterotopic cardiac allografts in rats.Methods:46 recipient rats were randomly divided into 4 groups after heterotopic cardiac transplantation.The rats in different groups were orally administrated saline solution,Cornus officinalis decoction equivalent to 20 g/(kg·d),cyclosporine A(CsA) 5 mg/(kg·d) and combination of both,separately.Results:The mean survival time in control group( n =13)was 13 7±3 7 days,28 5±6 2 days in Cornus officinalis group( n =10),40 1±6 9 days in CsA group( n =7) and 49 7±8 0 days in combination group( n =7).The difference between Cornus officinals group and the control group,or between the combination group and Cornus officinalis group was very significant, P <0 05.In addition,in Cornus officinalis group there were 2 rats which allografts survived for 1 year,one rat over 5 months in CsA group and two rats in the combination group beyond 5 or 8 months,while no long term survivor in the control group.Conclusion:①Cornus officinalis can effectively suppress the rejection of rat cardiac transplantation and significantly prolong survival time;②the combination of Cornus officinalis and CsA is more effective than both alone.
