摘　　要：分析了某弹簧片连接器端子的工艺特点及设计要点,介绍了设计方法和思路,结合精度要求,详细叙述了零件排样方案,最终确定了模具主要工作零件及模具总装结构。The technological characteristic of an elastic reed connector terminal was analyzed, and the key points and method in designing a progressive die for the shaping was presented. The layout design was discussed and the general die structure and main working components were determined.
