福建省疾病监测点儿童乙型肝炎疫苗免疫状况的调查

摘　　要：于１９９２年在福建省对疾病监测点自然人群中１～９岁儿童乙型肝炎疫苗免疫后的效果进行研究，按照全国肝炎流调抽样方案，应用放射免疫（ＲＩＡ）试剂盒检测，共调查儿童７５８人，结果显示未免疫组和免疫组儿童的ＨＢｓＡｇ阳性率分别为２３．１６％和４．７９％，抗－ＨＢｓ阳转率由免疫后第１年的８９．２９％降低至免疫后第６年的６６．６７％。A survey was carried out for immune effect among 1-9 years old children who had been immunized with Hepatitis B vaccine from normal population in the disease surveillance points in Fujian province. According to the unified programme of the national hepatitis seroepidemiological survey, 758 children were investigated. The samples were tested by RIA kit. The results showed as follows. Compared with the HBsAg positive rate (23.16%) among the nonvaccinated children, the HBsAg positive rate among the vaccinated children was declined to 4.79%, and the effectiveness was 79.23%. AntiHBs positive conversion rate (S/N≥2.1) was from 8929% at the 1st year to 66.67% at the 6th year of vaccination. The results indicate that the Hepatitis B vaccination possesses a good protective efficacy.
