摘 要:为了提高单台分离装置的分离性能,降低分离成本,本研究优化了单台分离装置(单机)的供料流量。以SiHCl3(硅氯仿)为工作气体,在分流比θ=0.50、重流分压力PH=1.50 kPa的条件下进行单机分离实验,得到了分离性能参数ε、0ε、δU、δU0与供料流量之间的关系。介绍了二元和多组分同位素混合物的分离功率表达式,以此衡量分离装置分离性能好坏。结果表明,当供料流量约20 g/h时,单机分离性能最佳。The performance of an isotope separating unit will be improved and the cost of separation will be reduced if the feed flow is optimized. Separative power is a criterion by which the separative performance of an unit can be evaluated. The expressions of separative power of both binary mixture and multicomponent mixture are presented. The separation experiments are performed on two units respectively on the same conditions (θ=0.5, PH= 1.5 kPa, using SiHCl3) as working gas. The relations between feed flow and separative performance parameters such as ε,ε0 ,δU,δU0 are obtained. The results show that the separative performance of the unit reaches its maximum when the feed flow is about 20 g/h.
