摘 要:以天然橡胶(NR)为基材,采用γ射线辐射技术对其进行辐射预硫化,研究在不同吸收剂量下,材料力学性能的变化趋势,并评价辐射预硫化对材料最终力学性能的影响。结果显示:辐射剂量为0-100kGy时,NR的格林强度随吸收剂量的增加而提高;辐射预硫化与未辐射预硫化的NR相比,完全硫化后,材料的力学性能相差不大。以上结果表明,在此剂量范围下辐射预硫化对天然橡胶的最终硫化性能没有影响,即可实现NR材料的辐射预硫化,且可保证材料的尺寸稳定性。Natural rubber(NR) was procured by y-ray irradiation. The crosslinking degree and green strength of NR were studied at the different absorbed dose. The effects of y-ray irradiation precuring on the final mechanical property were evaluated. The results showed that the crosslinking degree and green strength of NR were heightened with increasing absorbed dose at 0-100 kGy. The final mechanical properties were not significant different between the irradiation precuring and non-procuring of NR. This results show that the irradiation precuring of NR can be realized.
