论大学体育人文教育理念的培养

摘　　要：培养高校大学生的人文精神理念,是大学体育教育的重要任务之一。通过对现阶段我国大学体育人文教育现状的分析和思考得出:转变大学体育教育指导思想、加强体育类课程和体育设施的人性化和人文化设计、培养学生积极健康的生活理念、注重实践过程中学生能力的培养、加强教师的文化修养、利用校园物质载体培养学生的审美情趣和人文修养是当下大学体育人文理念提高的有效手段。Training College Students humanistic spirit,the University of Physical Education is one of the important tasks.Through the sports stage of China＇s humanistic education in the University of analysis and reflection,we get anclusion：changes in the University of Physical Education guiding ideology,sports courses and sports facilities of humanity and human culture design,training students active and healthy life philosophy,focus in the process of training students the ability to enhance teachers,and their use material carriers campus students cultivate the aesthetic delight and human accomplishment is the current concept of the humanities college sports increased effective means.
