摘　　要：根据录像统计和资料研究对第40届世界体操锦标赛进行评述,并对世界竞技体操运动的发展态势、男女团体、全能和各单项的比赛成绩进行了比较和分析,旨在为中国体操队备战08年北京奥运会提供参考。The essay makes a commentary on the 40th Competitive Gymnastics World Championship by comparing and analyzing the performance of team competition of men and women,as well as the achievements of all-around and individual competitive events through reference and video materials for the purpose of presenting useful suggestions for Chinese gymnastics team＇s preparing for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
