摘 要:设计一种新型的隔膜型人工膀胱并制定了相应的植入手术方法。植入15只犬,观察11天~6个月,进行了血与尿检测、X线检查、流体力学测试及尸检。结果表明,人工膀胱的贮尿器植入后能保持设计容量,流体力学性能良好;85.0%以上受检肾无积水或仅有轻度积水,肾功能均正常;植入1个月后贮尿器尿液细菌学检查均为阳性,但肾盂尿阳性率仅8.3%。认为此型人工膀胱的植入为一种比较理想的尿流改道方法。A new type of artificial bladder with diaphragma has been developed and the surgical procedure of implantation was designed. The artificial bladder was implanted into 15 dogs, which were observed for 11 days to 6 months after implantation with blood, urine, Xray, hydromechnics and autopsy studies. The results showed that the designed capacity of the the artifical bladder could be retained in all after implantation and their hydromechanics could meet the physiological request of the hosts. There was no or only slight hydronephrosis in over 85.0% of the kidneys of the experimental dogs and renal function has been normal in all. Bacteria was detected in urine of all the reservoir one month after implantation, while bacteria was detected only in 8.3% of the renal pelvis urine. The implantation of the artificial bladder might become a promising way of urinary diversion in the future.
