摘  要:目的探讨羊水栓塞的发病机制。方法孕晚期Wistar大鼠30只,胎龄20天,根据注入液体不同,随机分为3组:对照组(生理盐水组)10只、羊水组10只、胎粪组10只。建立羊水栓塞动物模型,观察60 min后处死动物。如动物在观察过程中死亡,立即剪开大鼠胸腹腔,取肺、小肠组织在10%甲醛中。固定石蜡切片行免疫组化观察Eotaxin及HE染色观察嗜酸性粒细胞的表达。结果实验组(羊水组及胎粪组)肺、小肠组织中Eotaxin呈阳性、强阳性表达,对照组呈阴性。实验组肺、小肠组织中嗜酸粒细胞的数量较对照组增多(P<0.05)。结论Eotaxin与嗜酸粒细胞参与了羊水栓塞的发生发展,是羊水栓塞发病的重要原因之一。Objective The experimental study of AYE pathogenesis. Methods The afternoon gravidity Wistar Rattus norvegicus 30,the embryo age 20 days,According the difference of the liquid input,divides into 3 groups stochastic:Comparison group (physiological brine group) 10, amniotic fluid group10, embryo dung group 10. Preparation animal model. Observes 60 minutes afterwards to execute the animal. If the animal died in the observation process, immit Cuts the Rattus norvegicus chest and celiac cavity, takes the lung, the small intestine organization and fixed in 10% formaldehyde. Eotaxin examination method uses the immunity group. The Eos examination uses HE coloration method. Results The experimental group ( amniotic fluid group and embryo dung group) of lungs, the small intestine organize Eotaxin the expression to see the immunity group to assume the strong masculine expression,the comparison group assumes the negative expression. The experimental group of lungs, the small intestine organization Eos expression is increase to comparison group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Eotaxin and Eos to participate in the AYE occurrence development. Is one of the important factors of the cause of AFE.
