摘 要:脓毒症是由感染引起的炎性反应综合征,免疫系统在其发展转归中发挥重要作用,细胞因子信号转导抑制物通过调节宿主免疫细胞与病原体识别后信号转导通路(如NF-κB及JAK-STAT通路)调节脓毒症早期免疫细胞活化亢进,免疫炎性介质过度释放,改善脓毒症后期免疫细胞凋亡及其功能变化和Th1/Th2漂移所致的免疫麻痹。Sepsis is defined as inflammatory reaction syndrome resulting from infection. Immune system plays an important role in its development and prognosis. Suppressor of cytokine signaling (SOCS) not only can regulate excessive activation of immune cell during the early stage of sepsis and excessive releasing of immune inflammatory mediator, but also can improve the immune cell apoptosis during the advanced stage of sepsis and its functional changes as well as immune paralysis resulting from Thl/Th2 drift by regulating the signaling pathway after the recognition between host immune cell and pathogens.
