摘　　要：间质性肺疾病是病因、发病机制、病理特征、治疗和预后有所不同,但其临床表现、影像学改变和肺功能损害相似的一组疾病。阐述近年来间质性肺疾病的分子遗传学研究进展,旨在寻找新的可能的治疗靶点。Interstitial lung disease is a group of lung diseases having their own etiology,pathogenesis, pathological feature, therapy and prognosis, which have similar clinical manifestation, imaging changes and lung functional lesion. This article reviews the study progress of interstitial disease in molecular genetics in order to seek the possible therapeutic target.
