摘　　要：乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染除导致急、慢性肝炎、肝硬化、肝细胞癌外,还可并发多种肝外损害,HBV相关性肾炎就是其一。现针对HBV相关性肾炎的流行病学、病因学、发病机制、病理类型、临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断、治疗和预后等研究现状进行综述。Hepatitis B virus infection not only can result in acute and chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, hepatic cellular cancer ,but also many kinds of damage out of liver, HBV associated glomerulonephritis is one of the kidney damages due to infection of HBV. This article reviewed the epidemiology, aetiology, pathogenesy, pathological type, clinical manifestation, diagnosis, differential diagnosis, therapy, prognosis and some other research situation on HBV assoeiated glomerulonephritis.
