摘　　要：解脲支原体(UU)主要存在于人类泌尿生殖道及生殖腺中,是引起泌尿生殖系统感染和男女不孕不育的主要病原体,也是性传播疾病的常见病原体,现简要综述UU的生物学特征和致病性,与临床常见女性生殖道疾病的关系及诊断、治疗等。Ureaplasma Urealyticum （UU） parasitizes mainly in genitourinary tract and genital gland,which is a major pathogic biology infecting in genitourinary system and causing human infertility, and a common etiology in sexually transmitted disease （STD）. This article reviewed the biology characteristics, pathogenicity, the relationship between of UU and common female reproductive track diseases, its diagnosis and therapy.
