摘　　要：气管肿瘤可致气管及支气管狭窄,支架置入术是解决恶性气管狭窄首选适应证。支架放置过程中的一个突出问题是麻醉医师和手术医师要同时共用患者的呼吸道,在存在气道梗阻的患者,这个矛盾尤为明显,处理不当可产生严重后果。本文主要针对支架置入术的麻醉进展和气道管理作一综述。Tracheal tumors can result in tracheal and brochial stenosis, placement of tracheobronchial stents is the first choice to resolve malignant tracheostenosis. One obviouse question during the stents placement is the respiratory tract that commenly needed by anesthesiologist and operative doctor. This contradiction is more obviouse in patients with airway obstruction. Unsuitable treatment will result in severe consequence. This article reviews progress of anesthesia and airway management during stents placement.
