摘　　要：分娩痛虽然是一种生理现象,但会对产妇和胎儿造成不良影响。如何安全有效地减轻分娩疼痛是当今医学研究中的热点问题之一。欧美国家的分娩镇痛率很高,我国尚存较大差距。目前分娩镇痛方法很多,但普遍采用的是椎管内分娩镇痛。椎管内分娩镇痛效果可靠,副作用较少,对母婴较为安全。现就椎管内分娩镇痛的临床进展作一综述。Labor pain is a physiological phenomena with side effects on laboring woman and fetus. How to manage labor pain is a pop subject in today＇s clinical study. The rate of delivery analgesia is quite higher in western country than that in China. Although there are many ways for delivery analgesia, the most popular labor pain management is intrathecal analgesia with good effects and little side effects. This article reviewed the clinical advances in intrathecal analgesia for labouring women.
