摘　　要：为了提高剑杆织机的效率和保证织物的品质,利用计算机、传感器和显示器等组成剑杆织机综合信息管理系统。剑杆织机的主要工作参数如主轴转速、经纬纱张力等都能够实时检测并显示在屏幕上,同时还提供测试数据、图形、表格的保存、传输和打印等功能,为织物生产自动化和信息化管理提供了基础。In order to keep the quality of fabric and to improve the efficiency of rapier loom,it put forward the management system of comprehensive information for operating rapier loom with micro- computer,sensor and indicator. The main parameters, such as the principal axile speed, warp tension and weft tension not only can be measured and decided according to the need of fabric variety,but also can be real-time showed in the screen of computer. The data, draft and chart of these measured parameters can be saved, transferred and printed. The method offered the basis for process automation and information management.
