口服芳维A酸乙酯联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察芳维A酸乙酯联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及影响因素。方法口服芳维A酸乙酯联合NB-UVB照射328例寻常型银屑病,单独采用NB-UVB照射治疗279例寻常型银屑病。以银屑病皮损面积和严重指数(PASI)评价疗效,并纪录不良反应。结果单独采用NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病有效,而口服芳维A酸乙酯联合NB-UVB照射则可显著提高疗效、缩短治疗时间且安全。结论口服芳维A酸乙酯联合NB-UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病可取得良好疗效,不良反应小。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of oral arotinoid ethylester combined with narrow-band ultraviolet B （NB-UVB） phototherapy for psoriasis vulgaris. Methods A total of 607 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were treated by NB-UVB phototherapy only or oral arotinoid ethylester combined with NB-UVB phototherapy for 8 weeks. The efficacy was assessed according to the change in PASI score and the adverse events were recorded. Results NB-UVB phototherapy plus arotinoid ethylester was more effective than NB-UVB phototherapy alone in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Conclusion Oral arotinoid ethylester combined with NB-UVB phototherapy is effective and safe in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
