住院2型糖尿病患者脂代谢异常的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨住院2型糖尿病患者脂代谢异常的诊治情况。方法分析321例住院2型糖尿病患者血脂检测及治疗情况。结果321例住院2型糖尿病患者血脂检测率分别为TC及TG80%,LDL-C68%,HDL-C51%;血脂异常治疗率分别为TC及TG60%,LDL-C58%,HDL-C41%。结论对住院2型糖尿病患者合并血脂异常应引起医务人员的高度重视。Objective To investigate the diagnostic and therapeutic condition of lipid metabolism dysfunction of type 2 diabetes hospitalized patients. Methods To analyze the condition of detecting and controlling blood fat of 321 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes. Results In 321 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes,the examination proportion of blood fat was not 100%. Actually,the examination proportion of TC and TG was 80% respectively; and the examination proportion of LDL-C and HDL-C was 68% and 51% respectively. In addition to this, the therapy proportion of TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C was only 60%, 60%, 58% and 41% respectively. Conclusion The medical member should pay more attention to the patients who suffer from type 2 diabetes combined with lipid metabolism dysfunction.
