摘　　要：通过对磁致伸缩位移传感器测量的实验误差分析,发现传感器检测信号的不确定性也是引起测量误差的重要因素。然后,经过大量的实验分析,研究了波导丝的不确定性种类以及对检测信号的影响,并且提出了相应的修正方法,为今后研制更高精度磁致伸缩位移传感器提供了一些指导。By magnetostrictive displacement sensor measurement of error analysis, found that the sensor signal uncertainty caused measurement error is an important factor. Then, after a large number of experimental research, analyze the waveguide wire types, as well as the uncertainty of the impact of the detection signal,and the corresponding correction method.For the future development of more precision magnetestrictive displacement sensor provides some guidance.
