摘　　要：介绍了一种用于宏微两级精密定位平台精度评定的软件系统,包括系统的评定标准、评定方法以及软件系统的组成。该系统基于VB开发,实现了对定位平台进行精度评定所需数据的采集、处理、保存以及评定结果的显示。给出了软件系统的界面及评定结果的部分示图。A software system of position accuracy determination for macro/micro positioning stage is introduced. The determination standard ,the determination method and the composition of the software system are discussed. The system is developed based on VB,and the acquisition, processing, saving and display of the data needed are realized. The interface of the software system and some figures of the determination results are illustrated.
