摘　　要：[目的]了解重庆市50岁以上农村留守居民就医现状,探索存在的问题和解决措施。[方法]采用问卷形式进行现场调查,由调查者亲自询问,填写调查表,并对参与新型农村合作医疗人员和基层卫生工作人员进行深入访谈,然后对调查结果进行定性、定量分析。[结果]农民社会医疗保障低,抵御疾病风险的能力严重不足,医疗费用主要为自费。虽然99.5%的农民参加新型农村合作医疗,但真正让农民得到多少实惠有待考证,现状堪忧。[结论]通过较高层次的协调机制,加强卫生、药监、财政、物价、社保、计划等部门的同力配合,要调动各级政府和全社会的力量,让农民真正感受到改革开放和经济发展带来的实惠。[Objective] To investigate the hospitalizing behavior among rural residents above 50 years old in Chongqing,and to explore the existing problems and contermeasures. [ Methods ] The face to face investigation was adopted with questionnaires. The medical members in primary areas or participating in the new rural cooperatives medical service were investigated by in-depth interview, and the resuhs of investigation were carried on qualitative and quantitative analysis. [Results] The rural society medical care assurance showed to be low, the ability of them reveal to be insufficient to resist risk of disease, and the main medical cost was at their own expense. Although 99.5% of farmers participated in the new rural cooperative mechanic service, but the real benefit to them should be evaluated as well as the present situation is still worrying. [Conclusion] Through the coordinated mechanism of higher level of institution, department of hygienic, the medicine supervision, the finance, the price, the guarantee of social and the plan should be cooperated, meanwhile, all the strength in society and different level of government should be activated to benefit the farmer with the frnits of reform and open policy and the economic development.
