摘　　要：用水提醇沉法和碱醇提取醇沉法提取黄芪多糖,并用3种不同的天然澄清剂对提取液做纯化处理.结果表明,碱醇提取醇沉法优于直接水提醇沉法;Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂对黄芪多糖提取液有较好的除杂纯化效果,而且成本低,操作简便快捷,适合工业生产.The Astragalus Polysaccharides was obtained with the water extraction and alcohol precipitation method and alkali alcohol extraction and alcohol precipitation method and Astragalus Polysaccharides extract was purified using 3 different kinds of natural precipitation method was markedly The effect of Ⅱ ZTC1＋1 natural cl clarifier. The result showed that the alkali alcohol extraction and alcohol superior to the method of water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. arifying agents used in Astragalus membranceus polysachrides purification was better. And the method was low cost and easy ooeration and was applicable to industrial production.
