摘　　要：依据《中国文献编目规则(第二版)》的相关规定,对CNMARC中外国责任者的规范著录进行了探讨,分析了CNMARC著录不规范的原因,并提出规范著录的具体措施。According to the relative regulations in 〈Chinese Bibliographical cataloguing Rules （second version）〉, this paper researches the normalized description of foreign responsibility authors in CNMARC, analyzes the reasons why the description in CNMARC is not normalized, and puts forward some specific measures for the normalized description.
