摘　　要：指出了知识工作者是医院图书馆知识管理得以实现的核心,阐述了知识经济时代医学图书馆新的内涵和意义,分析了知识管理对医院图书馆员素质的要求。This paper points out that the knowledge worker is the core of realizing the knowledge management in hospital library, expounds the new connotation and significance of the medical library in the age of knowledge economy, and analyzes the demands of knowledge management on the qualities of the medical librarians.
