摘　　要：通过采用DEFORM-3D有限元软件对新型空心车轴的成形过程进行模拟,研究了各主要参数对空心车轴锻造成形工艺的影响,在对应力、应变分布研究的基础上,分析该工艺变形机制与规律。This paper simulates the metal forging process of new hollow-axles by using DEFORM-3D finite element method, researches the influences of technological parameters on the metal forming process of the hollow-axles, and based on researching the distribution of stress and strain, analyzes the processing deformation law and mechanism.
