摘  要:在模拟夏季高温条件下,研究了2年生盆栽银杏叶片可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、游离氨基酸和Pro含量的动态变化。结果表明:随着温度升高,叶中可溶性糖、游离氨基酸和Pro含量升高,可溶性蛋白含量降低;随着温度的回落,可溶性糖含量降低,游离氨基酸和Pro含量先降低后升高,可溶性蛋白含量先升高后降低,说明银杏对短期变温做出了快速反应,即银杏叶中上述渗透调节物质代谢的水平和途径发生了一系列的适应性变化。可溶性蛋白和游离氨基酸对变温较敏感,对前期升温过程中的渗透调节起到较为重要的作用,而可溶性糖和Pro对变温的敏感性较差,但对后期高温的渗透调节起到主要作用。The dynamic transformation of soluble sugar, soluble protein, free amino acids and free proline contents in ginkgo in pot was studied under simulated high temperature stress in summer. The results showed that soluble sugar, free amino acids and free proline contents increased with warming, but soluble sugar content decreased, free amino acids and free proline contents decreased in the earlier stage of cooling then increased in the later, and soluble protein content increased in the earlier stage of cooling then decreased in the later, which showed metabolism level and pathway of the above four substances in ginkgo leaf aroused a series of adaptability changes, Soluble protein and free amino acids were relatively sensitive to varying temperature, which played an important role in earlier stage of warming, but soluble sugar and Pro were badly sensitive to varying temperature, which played an important role in the later of high temperature.
