摘  要:应用自僵菌Bbm3、Bbta菌株和本地区农民常用的化学农药80%敌敌畏EC、2.5%敌杀死EC对木毒蛾幼虫进行室内毒力测定和林间防治试验。结果表明:木毒蛾对敌敌畏不敏感,药效下降,产生抗药性;敌杀死虽有较好效果,但污染环境,残留大,不宜大量使用;白僵菌Bbm3尽管初期见效慢,但10~15d防效达95%以上,效果好,属无公害农药。从经济和生态两方面考虑以Bbm3菌株应用较好,而且持效期长,防效高,可以在生产上大面积推广应用。Toxieities of Beauveria bassiana strain Bbm3, Bbta and several chemical pesticides, such as 80 % diehlorvos EC, 2.5 % Decis EC on Lymantria xylina Drury were tested both in laboratory and field conditions. The results showed that L. xylina was insensitive to diehlorvos which indicated that resistance had occurred. 2.5 96 Deeis had better control effect, but it was not the optimal choices for the risk of pollution and residue. Although B. bassiana Bbm3 strain worked a little slowly, 10-15 days after treatment, the effect was more than 95 %, too. moreover, it did not have the risk of pollution or residue. The Bbm3 strain can be generalized on practice for its long period of validity and high effect.
