摘　　要：目的通过对98例新式非脱垂子宫经阴道切除手术患者的护理分析,探讨新式非脱垂子宫经阴道切除围手术期的护理方法,防止护理并发症的发生。方法对经阴道切除子宫的患者做好术前准备、术后观察护理、心理护理,加强术后的身心康复指导。结果98例患者中有2人发生手术并发症(1例发生术中膀胱损伤、1例发生术后出血),被及时发现及时处理,其余恢复良好,无护理并发症发生。结论加强围手术期的护理,能有效地保证手术的安全和成功。Objective To explore the nursing on hysterectomy cases by latest-type removal surgery of non-prolapse wombs via vaginas before, during and after the surgery to prevent the occurrence of complications. Method Preoperative preparation, postoperative care, observation, psychological nursing as well as physical and psychological recovery guide were done with the best care among 98 cases. Results 2 out of 98 cases had operative complications （1 case of gladder injury and 1 case of postoperative bleeding） but they were promptly discoverd and timely treated. The rest recovered well and no complication happened to them.Conclusion Hysterectomy via vaginas has a broad clinical application prospect. Strengthening nursing before,during and after operations can effectively make sure of safety and success of operations.
