摘　　要：目的探讨儿童肱骨髁上骨折采用克氏钢针交叉内固定治疗的临床效果。方法1999-01/2007-01,采用切开复位,克氏钢针交叉内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折37例,早期进行功能锻炼。结果37例术后经过9～35个月,平均24个月的随访,对位、对线良好,骨折骨性愈合,术后肘关节功能按照Cassbaum等的临床功能评定标准,评定为:优24例,良8例,中4例,差1例。结论克氏钢针内固定治疗完全移位的儿童肱骨髁上骨折,对软组织损伤小,手术操作简单,复位容易,固定牢靠,无需外固定,能早期进行功能锻炼,恢复肘关节功能。Objective To evaluate clinical effect of treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture with crossing Kirschner wire internal fixation. Methods 37 patients suffering from humeral supracondylar fracture were assigned to recepet operation through bilateralis of triceps brachii approach , with crossing Kirschner wire internal fixation, they were assigned to make earlier period functional exercise. Results After the operation through 9 months with 35 month, auerage 24 months of with visit, tion that Cassbaum wait, among then excellent 24, good 8, assess the atandard according to the clinical funcmedium 4, bad 1. Conciusion Treatment of cornpletely move the children, s of the supracondylar fracture of humerus with crassing Kirschner wire internal fixation. Hurt to the soft organization small, The surgical operation operate in brief, reset easily, fixed and firm, meed the outside not fixedly, can carry on the joint function take exercise in early days, the instauration elbow joint function.
