摘　　要："十一五"期间是我国狠抓落实,实施系列"节能减排"措施,实现节能降耗和污染减排目标的重要时期,如何落实科学发展观,实现中铝贵州分公司氧化铝厂的可持续发展,是企业发展的重中之重。中铝贵州分公司氧化铝厂根据自身特点和实际,氧化铝从原材物料消耗到生产工艺、设备合理利用到减少排放各环节进行科技创新,实施:氧化铝废水"零排放"技术开发与研究、"东水西调"技术改造工程、氧化铝焙烧系统重油改质优化燃烧技术试验与应用、氧化铝厂粉尘治理技术开发与应用等一系列"节能减排"措施,实现"经济"与"环境"的双盈,实现企业的可持续发展。It is important period to take measures of saving energy and reducing discharging in ＂11^thfive year planning＂. How to carry out scientific development concept and the sustainable development is the linchpin in Guizhou Alumina Refinery. The Refinery has taken a series of measures to realize both wins of ＂economic＂ and ＂envlronment＂such as R＆ D of alumina waste water zero discharge, retrofitting of ＂getting water from east＂, modified heavy oil system for hydrate calcination an R＆D of powder and dust harness.
