贲门癌切除、食管胃端侧吻合术92例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨贲门癌的手术治疗方法。方法对92例贲门癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全组患者采取贲门癌切除、食管胃端侧吻合、吻合口喷涂生物蛋白胶治疗。术后6个月内行头低脚高位钡餐X线检查。41例患者中，吻合口直径1．0～2．0cm。食管镜检及活检40例中，5例轻度黏膜充血水肿，其余正常。结论对贲门癌患者采用贲门癌切除、食管胃端侧吻合、吻合口喷涂生物蛋白胶治疗，疗效好，并发症少。Objective To investigate the surgery treatment of cardia cancer. Method The clinical data of 92 cases of cardia cancer were analyzed. Results 92 patients with operations of cardiettomy and end-to-side esophagogastrostomy, and used biotic protein tackifier in the operation. 41 patients were checked with barium radiography of esophagus within 6 months after the operation, as the result of 1.0 - 2.0 cm anastomotic demeter. 5 cases showed slight mucosat congestion and edema in all 40 cases of esophagoscope. Conclusion This study shows the operation of cardia-ctomy and end-to-side esophagogastrostomy have good curatime effect and small complication.
