摘  要:以正硅酸乙酯、无机盐为先驱体,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了耐高温绝缘涂料,并在该材料中加入了Cr2O3,经过800℃热处理后对该材料的电绝缘性能进行了测定并且利用DTA、XRD、SEM等测试手段对该材料的物相组成、表面形貌进行了研究与分析。结果表明,该绝缘涂料经800℃热处理后,电绝缘性能有了显著提高,绝缘电阻率可以达到57.71×109Ω.cm。High temperature insulation paint was prepared by Sol-Gel process using TEOS and inorganic salt as precursors. Cr2O3 was added and the electric insulation property of the material was tested after heat treatment at 800 ℃. The phase composition and surface morphology of the material were analyzed by DTA, XRD and SEM methods. Results showed that after treated at 800 ℃, the electric insulation property of the material was significantly improved, and the insulation resistance rate could reach 57.71×10^9 Ω·cm.
