摘  要:详细介绍了24LC024/24LCO25串行E^2PROM的特点及工作原理,然后根据串行E^2PROM的读写工作时序和原理针对实际问题给出了硬件设计和详细的汇编语言程序,实践证明利用I^2C总线技术,它既可以作为发送者发送数据到SDA总线上,也可以作为接收者接收SDA总线上的数据,提高了数据传输的准确性和抗干扰性。Basic principle and characteristics of 24LCO24 /24LCO25 and serial E^2PROM are introduced in detail first. Then through engineering -oriented illustration, a hardware design is given and an assemble language program based on read and write time sequence and basic principium of 24LCO24 / 24LCO25 is presented. It has been proved that the device is organized as a single block of a 2 - wire serial interface. It is a bi - directional pin used to transfer addresses and data into and out of the device. The design has high reliability for data transfer and strong anti -jamming ability.
