摘 要:研究了反应性弹性体乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(PTW)增韧聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)复合材料以及玻璃纤维(GF)增强PBT/PTW复合材料的冲击、拉伸和弯曲性能。实验结果表明:通过PTW增韧PBT,PBT/PTW二元体系的韧性得到了较大的改善,但是其拉伸和弯曲性能却下降了近50%;通过GF增强PBT/PTW,虽然该复合材料的冲击强度有所下降,但是其拉伸和弯曲性能却得到了较大的改善,从而使PBT/PTW/GF复合材料具有较高的韧性和较强的刚性。The impact toughness, tensile and flexural properties of the poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT) modified with the reactive elastomer of poly (ethylene-butylacrylate-glycidyl methacrylate) (PTW) and glass fiber (GF) were studied. The toughness of the binary PBT/PTW composites was improved obviously as compared with the neat PBT, but the tensile and flexural properties were decreased to the half of the neat PBT. However, with the introduction of GF, the PBT/PTW/GF ternary composites got better mechanical properties. Although the impact strength of these ternary composites decreased a little, the tensile and flexural properties were improved obviously. As a result, these ternary PBT/PTW/GF composites had good toughness and high stiffness.
