摘 要:以神府烟煤煤粉为研究对象,对其粒度、湿含量、松动密度、振实密度、休止角、内摩擦角、碳钢壁摩擦角、有机玻璃壁摩擦角、粘聚力进行全面测试分析。在此基础上,通过Hausner指数、流动函数FF和质量流率,重点研究了煤粉粒度、湿含量对其压缩性、摩擦性和流动性的影响。结果发现:粒度越小、粒度分布越广、湿含量越大,煤粉的压缩性和摩擦性越大,其流动性越差。研究还表明,神府煤煤粉的Hausner指数在1.2~2.0之间,休止角大于内摩擦角,具有团聚性,属于粘聚性粉体。A sample of Shenfu soft coal powder was sieved to produce 5 sub-samples of different particle size fractions; they were further divided by drying or water addition to result in a total of 12 test samples of three moisture levels (0.8%, 2.0% and 11. 1%). Experiments or measurements were then performed to obtain the particle size distribution, moisture content, apparent density, tap density, angle of repose, angle of internal friction, angle of straight carbon steel wall friction, angle of Perspex wall friction and cohesion of the 12 test samples to determine the effects of particle size and moisture content on the compressibility, frictional property and flowability of the coal powder in terms of the Hausner indices, flow function FF and mass flow rate. On a relative scale, the coal powder samples of small particle sizes, wide range of size distributions and high moisture content were characterized by higher compressibility and friction and lower flowability. The Shenfu coal powder sample was coherent since its angle of repose was larger than its angle of internal friction given the test samples'Hausner indices of 1.2-2.0.
