摘　　要：介绍扩张金属阳极的结构、特点,通过分析扩张金属阳极钌钛涂层的电化学性能及影响因素,了解金属阳极损坏的几种形式,从而选择适宜的阳极修复方法,采用正确的组装工艺,保证设备维修质量,使隔膜电槽能够长周期运转。In the article, the configuration and characteristics of expandable metal anodes are presented. Based on the analysis of the electrochemical performances and influencing factors of the Ru-Ti coated expandable metal anodes, several forms of damage were understood. Suitable anode repairing method is selected, and correct installing process was used to ensure the repair quality and enable the diaphragm electrolyzers to have long operating period.
