摘　　要：牛毛泉子铅锌矿位于北祁连造山带西段,赋存于中元古界朱龙关群大东沟-吊大坂的裂谷带上。矿体明显受层间断裂的控制,层位控制也比较明显,并且显示出与花岗岩浆活动有关。具有沉积矿床特征,又具有与花岗岩有关的热液矿床的特征,可归纳为热水沉积-热液改造型铅锌矿床。The Gansu province Sunan county niumao quanzi lead-zinc mine located at the northern Qilian orogenic zone west the section, The tax saves in the protrusion group Zhulongguan constitutes Dadonggou-Diaodaban rift valley belt. Although the ore body breaks obviously the level control, but the lead - zinc mine bed level controls the nature quite to be also obvious, they demonstrated concerns with the granite thick liquid activity. It has the part sedimentary mineral deposit characteristie, also has the part and the granite related hydrothermal deposit characteristic, may call it the hot water deposit-hydrothermal transformation lead-zinc mine bed.
