青少年排球队拦网技术存在问题及培养思路之探究

摘　　要：拦网技术在目前的排球比赛中显得极为重要,但在青少年球队中,重视扣球技术,轻视拦网技术的球队较多,使比赛更加显得进攻远远超过防守能力。根据观察与归纳,揭示了青少年球队拦网技术运用较差与拦网意识、判断、移动步法、摆臂起跳、空中拦截等环节存在诸多问题有直接关系,并根据其易犯错误提出了培养思路。Block is extremely important in the current volleyball game,but many of the youth teams pay attention to spiking technique and ignore the block, so the team in the competition showed more defensive than offensive. According to observation and observation, this paper revealed the youth team＇ s poor application of technology directly linked to problems in the block sense,judgment,mobile pace,jumping with swinging arms,air interception and other process, and provided training ideas in accordance with mistakes made easily.
