辽宁省竞技体育教练员学习智障的调查与反思

摘　　要：学习智障对于教练员个人来说是一个极大的潜在危机。学习的智障对于组织而言它就是致命的。解决学习智障是学习型教练员团队建设的第一步。通过调查确定了辽宁省竞技体育教练员存在的具体学习智障,找出了产生学习智障的原因,在此基础上对学习智障的5个层面进行反思,为加快辽宁省竞技体育发展和教练员发展提供理论依据。The learning disability is greatly potential crisis for coach,and is fatal for the organization.The first step is solving the learning disability for construction of the coach learning organization. It showed the concrete learning disability that Liaoning province athletics coaches exist through investigation, and found the reason that the learning disability produced, on this basis reflected five aspects of the learning disability,in onder to put forward to theoretical basis for fast development of Liaoning province athletics and coaches.
